About Ocean 11 TV

A local television platform built to entertain the Gulf Coast and help businesses get seen.

Ocean 11 TV is built around the idea that local media still matters. The Mississippi Gulf Coast deserves programming, entertainment, and business visibility that feel connected to the communities they serve.

We believe local television can do more than fill airtime. It can spotlight businesses, support local momentum, create familiarity, and strengthen the connection between brands and the people they want to reach.

Founder Spotlight

Edward Saint Pe'

Edward St. Pe’ is a television disruptor, entrepreneur, and on-air meteorologist who has spent his career staying ahead of where media is going—not where it’s been. He began at NBC in 1977 inside Broadcast Operations Control during the early Saturday Night Live era, before moving on-air and earning the American Meteorological Society Seal of Approval across major Southern markets.

In 1990, Edward founded WeatherVision—the first local TV weathercast syndication service in the United States—delivering localized forecasts via satellite to stations nationwide. That early innovation has since evolved into a modern, highly efficient system: today WeatherVision provides custom-branded local weathercasts daily via FTP, giving TV stations, cable systems, and media companies instant, revenue-ready weather content—without infrastructure costs or expensive data subscriptions. What started as a breakthrough has become a smarter, leaner model for today’s media environment.

Edward also built Jackson Teleport, which evolved into a fiber-connected live remote studio hub serving all major U.S. news networks and international broadcasters, delivering live shots from Mississippi to the world for decades.

Today, WeatherVision continues to operate strong out of the Ocean 11 TV studios in Ocean Springs, alongside that evolved fiber-based live remote studio network serving major news organizations across the U.S. and globally—all from the heart of the Biloxi television market.

Edward is the owner and General Manager of Ocean 11 TV, where a recent power increase and tower relocation now delivers a stronger over-the-air signal across the Biloxi–Gulfport region. The station programs classic television via Antenna TV while building a new kind of local broadcasting model.

At the center of that evolution is The Edward and Alfred Show, a daily AI-driven talk show co-hosted by “Alfred,” an evolving GPT-based on-air personality Edward has been developing for over two years—from a DIY prototype to a fully realized AI avatar.

Now, Edward is going all-in on the future—integrating artificial intelligence into promos, commercial production, and programming—while applying decades of broadcast experience to make it practical, scalable, and profitable.

His philosophy is simple and proven: build ahead of demand, control your infrastructure, and turn emerging technology into a competitive advantage before anyone else does.
